To initiate a return, please contact us at crystalcleansemiami@gmail.com to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny a refund to any sender without prior return approval. To return your item, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. For items over $50 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and or insurance. Simply shipping an item does not guarantee delivery to us. Once a returned item is received, it will be inspected and if accepted, we will promptly issue a refund.

We provide shipping through USPS using Priority Mail® service which includes tracking and delivery in 1-3 business days. The delivery time may vary, as it is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. Contact your local post office with your tracking number for more information. The expected delivery data does not come with a money-back guarantee.
